Okay. It's now 11:15pm. Ten minutes ago, I wrote out my post, saved it, pulled it up on my iPod to attach the picture of my loaf of bread and the entire post was deleted!
I'm bone tired.
I'll post something about my bread making experience tomorrow. Night (:
